1. General Conditions

  • This policy applies to all training programs, digital products, and services offered on our platform.
  • By purchasing any course or service, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
  • All payments are securely processed through Stripe. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

2. Refund Policy

a) Digital Products and Services (Non-refundable):

  • Due to the nature of digital content, including online courses and training materials, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for downloaded or accessed materials.
  • If you experience technical difficulties or are unable to access the purchased content, please contact us at support@instrovate.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

b) Training Programs (Conditional Refunds):

  • If you enroll in a live training or mentorship program and wish to cancel, a refund will be provided only if:
    • You cancel within 7 days of purchase.
    • You have not accessed or participated in more than 10% of the program content or sessions.
  • Refunds are not provided for missed live sessions, but we may offer access to recorded content when available.

3. Cancellation Policy

a) User-Initiated Cancellations:

  • You may request to cancel your enrollment within 7 days of purchase by contacting support@instrovate.com.
  • Cancellations after the 7-day window or after accessing more than 10% of the program content will not be eligible for a refund.

b) Cancellations by Instrovate:

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any program due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor unavailability). In such cases, you will be offered either:
    • A full refund, or
    • The option to transfer your enrollment to a future session.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted to support@instrovate.com with your order details and reason for the request.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method via Stripe.
  • Refunds will be made in the currency of the original transaction. Any currency conversion costs are borne by the customer.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable under all circumstances, including:

  • Downloadable digital products (e.g., e-books, training materials).
  • Certificates of completion once issued.

6. Exceptions

  • Refunds for promotional or discounted programs are subject to additional conditions and may not be eligible for full refunds.
  • Users who violate our Terms and Conditions may not be eligible for refunds.
